Inspiring Visit Underscores NIS’s Commitment to Social Value

We would like to thank the Inspire Youth Zone team for hosting us at their amazing facilities in Chorley yesterday.

Having previously supported Inspire Youth Zone through various fundraising events, we officially became a patron of the charity back in July. Open to young people aged 8 to 19 (and up to 25 for those with additional needs), Inspire Youth Zone is a safe space for members of the local community to pursue their passions across a variety of areas — from sports, arts and technology to socialising and learning essential life skills. Since opening in 2019, the charity has recorded over 300,000 centre visits from its 12,000+ members!

Speaking after the visit, Anthony Morris, Business Winning Portfolio Lead at NIS, commented:

“Providing support to invaluable local organisations like Inspire Youth Zone is a key focus of our social value and sustainability plan. It was a pleasure to see the nurturing and inspirational environment the Inspire Youth Zone team have created; a place where young people can feel safe, belong and thrive. This is just the start of what I hope will be a long-lasting relationship between NIS and Inspire Youth Zone.”
