Today marked the launch of Collaborate, the NIS Project Delivery Forum.
The inaugural session focused on Earned Value Management and kicked off a three-part series that brings together members of our project delivery community to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.
Initial feedback was very positive, with attendees highlighting the value of bringing different perspectives together to strengthen outcomes across our project portfolio.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion. We look forward to seeing the forum develop over the coming months and the positive impact it will have on project delivery at NIS.
