Key Stakeholder Visit Highlights SRP Progress

We were delighted to welcome representatives from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Sellafield Ltd, and Programme and Project Partners (PPP) to our head office in Chorley last week.

Their visit provided a chance to showcase the innovation and technical expertise driving the Sellafield Product and Residue Store Retreatment Plant (SRP) forward — a project we are delivering in collaboration with PPP and Sellafield Ltd. Once complete, SRP will treat and repackage the UK’s existing special nuclear material, enabling its safe long-term storage ahead of its eventual disposition.

Whilst the visit was centred on SRP, the opportunity allowed us to highlight our wider manufacturing capabilities across multiple live projects, as well as our ongoing infrastructure upgrades and future investment plans.

A huge thank you to the delegation for taking the time to meet with us and to the wider project team whose dedication continues to push this vital programme ahead.
