Engineering
Our highly skilled multidisciplinary design teams have a wealth of experience, derived from many years of delivering solutions across multiple high technology industries. Design has been an integral part of our service offering since our formation, providing full engineering life cycle support ranging from concept, scheme and detail design through to complete manufacturing readiness, validation and commissioning.
Constructability
We are one of only a few companies that have such a strong pedigree in truly designing for manufacture. From our experience, early engagement with our technical teams in terms of constructability can lead to more pragmatic designs being produced and a significant reduction in risk profile once a project moves through to the manufacturing stage. To facilitate this, we can provide support to the client in terms of technical constructability reviews and guidance for manufacture at any point of the engineering life cycle.
Manufacturing
Our in-house mechanical and electrical manufacturing capability is renowned throughout the industry for providing high class bespoke solutions, working to precise specifications to achieve our clients’ individual requirements. The production of complex, high integrity structures to exacting standards is one of our core competencies. Working from either our own manufacturing details or building to client design, we can produce a diverse range of products manufactured from numerous common and exotic materials.
Integration and Assembly
To complement our manufacturing capability, we have further SQEP mechanical and electrical project build teams for assembly and testing, enabling us to provide a fully developed equipment and process integration service. As system integrators, we are adept at upgrading existing client systems to new, more effective solutions. The integration of ‘off the shelf’ and bespoke equipment into an existing process or plant enhancement can often create new risks due to compatibility issues with interfacing equipment. We are highly experienced at identifying and mitigating such risks, giving our clients complete confidence in our chosen design solution. We also have wide experience in the integration of industrial robots into fully commissioned manufacturing systems.
Site Support
Our team of mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning engineers are also available and equipped with the knowledge, skills and accreditations to work/support in a wide range of environments throughout the world. We also have several security cleared personnel available to provide installation supervision to client contracts.
