Fabricators

We are currently recruiting for Fabricators to join our fabrication team, to fabricate and weld to engineering drawings, approved procedures, and client specifications.

Below is an outline of duties and responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of fabrication according to drawing requirements, NIS procedures and client specifications.
  • Operate fabrication machinery, including press brakes, guillotines and powered rolls, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist in reporting fabrication progress and provide updates to support agreed project completion dates.
  • Liaise with the Fabrication Team Leader and Fabrication Charge Hands to ensure contractual, quality and delivery requirements are maintained through project completion.
  • Assist with the preparation of fabrication records, reports and supporting documentation as required.
  • Maintain safe working practices at all times, following health and safety procedures and company standards.

For this role, it is essential for applicants to have experience reading engineering drawings and be proficient in the use of fabrication machinery, including press brakes, guillotines and powered rolls.
