The Wave – Phase 2

Following the successful support given to the Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners for ‘The Wave‘ last year, the NIS team have been up at Whitehaven Harbour again cleaning the structures getting ready for the next phase refurbishment next month.


On completion of the work, Trevor Prowse from the Harbour Commission commented: “Please pass on our gratitude for the excellent work carried out on the Hub structure to allow us to continue to regenerate the harbour area. As you’re probably aware the Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners is a not for profit organisation and without help from yourselves and other like minded companies we would struggle to carry out any work around our beautiful harbour side setting“.
