We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of business change and transformation initiatives across the business.
Working closely with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering structured, high-quality projects – ensuring outputs are on time, within budget and aligned with NIS strategy, governance and values.
Below is an outline of duties and responsibilities: –
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business change and transformation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality and governance requirements are achieved through structured project management.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and consistently communicated throughout the project.
- Own project governance by proactively managing risks, issues, opportunities and change control.
- Maintain accurate and transparent project reporting, contributing effectively to governance forums and project reviews.
- Manage project scope, budgets, quality and timelines, identifying and challenging variances to drive performance and delivery improvement.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including performance, capability and duration.
- Support Safety, Health, Environmental, quality and Security, including NCR status and lessons learned (LFE) dissemination.
- Work closely with the Project Controls team to ensure effective delivery against requirements.
- Enable Subject Matters Experts (SMEs) to focus on their technical expertise by coordinating project delivery activities.
- Promote best practice in project management, governance and Operational Excellence across the business.
- Maintain effective resource management in line with NIS project management procedures and delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment with NIS business plan, nuclear safety requirements and organisational objectives.
