Quality Engineer

At NIS, maintaining high standards of quality and assurance is critical to our success. We are looking for a Quality Engineer to play a key role in supporting compliance, improving processes, and driving quality performance across the organisation.

The Quality Engineer will play an integral role in enabling the business to meet client and regulatory requirements through the delivery of assurance activities and the provision of subject matter expertise.

Below is an outline of duties and responsibilities: –

  • Contribute towards the maintenance of the IMS (integrated management system) including licences, subscription payments, task management (feedback, failed documents, document improvements etc).
  • Contribute towards the creation, delivery and review of outputs of the audit/assessment programme (internal and supply chain) ensuring requirements are considered and achieved.
  • Facilitate 3rd Party audits, ensuring the organisation of appropriate stakeholders and information and ensuring that findings are closed efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate the closure of all NCRs
  • Facilitate the recording and maintenance of 3rd party feedback, ensuring that data trending is shared with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Contribute towards the creation and presentation of data to the Assurance Board and Management review
  • Provide training to the business to ensure that quality standards are understood and achieved.
  • Maintain and track KPI data as per portfolio requirements ensuring that risks and opportunities are captured and addressed.
