Collaboration at NIS

Last week NIS, our key supply chain partners and our client National Nuclear Laboratory took time out of the office to take part in a collaboration workshop facilitated by Acorn Coaching & Development. Working on high priority projects, this workshop was aimed at breaking down some commercial and behavioural barriers to ensure we continue to work as a high performing collaborative team.

Following the event NIS Project Engineer Liam Collins commented: “A lot of great ideas were put forward by all parties to be incorporated into current and future project delivery. A well organised event and everyone engaged with the tasks at hand, and with a common goal for project success“.
